The First Lady of Gospel Theatre

Las Vegas native established her flair for writing and performing arts at an early age. Her uncanny ability to breathe life into words resulted in Ms. Michelle earning numerous accolades, including the Las Vegas Business Woman Scholarship. It was this scholarship that afforded her the opportunity to attend Brooks College in Long Beach, California, where she studied Fashion, Marketing and Business. 

Life has taken Ms. Michelle on a very challenging course filled with immense obstacles and opposing events however, it was these same events that caused her to find her God given purpose and ultimately catapulted her career as a best selling author and national playwright. 

“The First Lady of Gospel Theatre,” as she is commonly referred, since she is the first female playwright to have a gospel stage play on DVD and distributed nationwide, is a culmination of talent and inspiration.  

As the writer, producer, and leading actress of the national hit stage play, also entitled  “Is That Man ... Your Husband?” she garnered huge success while showcasing her acting, wit and comedic flair.   

Ms. Michelle earned an Agape Award and Producer of the Year Nomination for her hit stage play.  She also won the 2008 Passionate Phenomenal Woman Award, and was honored as one of "The WHO'S WHO in BLACK Las VEGAS", and featured in the First Inaugural Edition of the "Who's Who in Black Las Vegas Magazine".  Ms. Michelle says, "To God be the Glory".
