“The First Lady of Gospel Theatre,” as she is commonly referred, since she is the first female playwright to have a gospel stage play on DVD and distributed nationwide, is a culmination of talent and inspiration.  

As the writer, producer, and leading actress of the national hit stage play, also entitled “Is That Man ... Your Husband?” she garnered huge success while showcasing her acting, wit and comedic flair.   Ms. Michelle earned an Agape Eagle Award and Producer of the Year Nomination for her hit stage play. 

Now she presents her latest venture in theatre, the brilliant and innovative project titled “Keep It On The Download”.  This masterpiece deals with down-low issues on the internet, and speaks to the intellect of men, women and teens, challenging all to consider responsible ways of approaching relationships conceived online.  She creatively and with skill drives the extraordinary vehicle of live theatre on wheels of clever dialogue using her keen ability to bring words and thoughts to life.  

Ms. Michelle’s diverse style of writing clearly reflects who she is and what she represents.  She is now diligently preparing to breathe life into her latest project, (Novel, Stage Play and Film), the heart wrenching tear jerker simply titled “TRANSPARENT”.  The core of this dramatic work of genius will reveal the glue of relationship, which is “unconditional love”.

Although she is always humorous and entertaining in her approach, Ms. Michelle boldly and without fear touches and embraces life’s unpredictable issues and is vigilant in the management of her mission to enlighten and inspire.   

Aside from being a great writer, producer, and actress, Ms. Michelle is also a driving force in the Gospel industry as one of its most expressive Mime-Dance Ministers.  Her dance ministry has earned her acclaim and adulation from some of the gospel industry’s key talents, such as Pastor Shirley Ceasar, John P. Kee, Karen Clark-Sheard, Doctor Bobby Jones and numerous others.
